Ingredients

Rice, lentil, carrot, potato, red/green bell pepper, tamarind, inactive nutritional yeast, organic coconut palm sugar garlic, organic tamari powder, coconut palm sugar(organic soybeans, salt, organic maltodextrin), basil, chives, sea salt, ginger, organic lime powder, chilies. Contains: Soy, Mustard

Directions

Pour contents of jar in pot and discard oxygen pack. Add 6 cups water, bring to a boil, simmer for 20 minutes (may require additional). Add one can coconut milk or cup of cream. Salt to taste.
