This soup is a change to classic Spanish Gazpacho. You can still have it chilled, but with its notes of chili, smoked paprika, and the tang of vinegar, we prefer it served hot!
Packed with hearty goodness, this soup is filling and nutritious.
Ingredients
Rice, Lentil, Carrot, Celery, Green/Red Bell Pepper, Onion, Garlic, Inactive Nutritional Yeast, Chives, Smoked paprika, Chilies
Directions
Add soup contents in pot and discard oxygen pack. Add 6 cups water. Bring to a boil, simmer for 20 minutes (additional if required). Add 1 Can crushed Tomatoes puréed. 1/4 cup red wine vinegar (optional). Salt to taste.

Orders placed before Wednesday 4:00 pm EST are processed for delivery the following Sunday. Deliveries are made between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm EST.
Where do you deliver?
At this time, we only deliver to postal codes within Durham Region, with plans to expand our delivery zone to York Region postal codes in 2023.
