Ingredients Rice, Lentil, tomato, Carrot, Celery, Green/Red Bell Pepper, Potato, Onion, Garlic, Inactive Nutritional Yeast, Chives, Smoked paprika, Chilies, truffle, soybean, pinto bean. Contains: Mustard, Soy. May contain Sesame 

Directions

Add soup contents in pot and discard oxygen pack. Add 6 cups water. Bring to a boil, simmer for 20/25 minutes (additional if required for preferred consistency). Add 1 Can crushed Tomatoes puréed. Salt to taste. Customize your way by adding ground meat, tofu or more veggies of choice.
