A change from the traditional bean chili. Mild heat with sweet ancho chili, flakes of red & green bell pepper & notes of cumin.
Ingredients
Rice, Lentils, Carrots, Celery, Corn, Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Green Bell Pepper, Potato, Chili Powder (spices, salt, garlic, rice concentrate), Tomato, Garlic, Spices, Ancho Chilies, Nutritional Yeast
Directions
Add contents of jar to pot and discard oxygen pack. Add 6 cups water. Bring to a boil, simmer for 20 minutes (additional if required). Add 1 Can crushed tomatoes. Salt to taste.
*Customize it your way! Make with ground meat, tofu, or add black beans.
