Cajun Stew has a hint of spice but doesn’t linger. It’s full of taste without overpowering spice and is filling and hits the spot when you want just a bit of spiciness to your meal.
Ingredients
Rice, Lentil, Green/Red Bell Pepper, Potato, Carrot, Celery, Rice Flour, Onion, Inactive Nutritional Yeast, Garlic, Fire Roasted Onion, Smoked Paprika, Sea Salt, Organic Tamari Powder (Organic Soybeans, Salt, Organic Maltodextrin), Black Pepper, Thyme, White Pepper, Oregano, Cayenne. Contains: Soy
Directions
Add contents of jar to pot and discard oxygen pack. Add 6 cups water to Pot. Bring to a boil, simmer for 20 minutes (additional if required). Add 1 Can crushed tomatoes. Salt to taste.
